Villa Alvor Singular Moscatel Galego RoxoVinification:The best Moscatel-Galego-Roxo grapes are destined for this wine and are harvested at their optimal ripeness. The harvest is mostly at night, in order to ensure the freshness and aromatic properties of the fruit. Upon arrival at the winemaking center, the grapes undergo gentle pressing at low pressure. This is followed by vinification in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, with the aim of preserving the freshness and the primary character of the grape's aromatic profile.
