Vineyard of Micaela From the same vineyard as JUPITER comes the "Vineyard of Micaela". There are more than 20 grape varieties in just 3,600 m2 that represent the most classic expression of the Vidigueira territory and terroir. Vinification: Manual harvest. Grapes carefully selected "berry by berry" on a vibrating selection table. Fermentation took place in traditional clay pots for a period of 15 days. The wine aged for six months in clay pots, with skin contact, followed by a period of 24 months in 500 L French oak barrels. Six months of bottle aging before release to the market. Grape varieties: Old vines of Moreto, Trincadeira, Tinta Grossa, Alicante Bouschet, and others.
