    Description

    Vinification of the Vinha dos Santos Red Wine 2020: the vineyards are established in traditional vineyards and terraces. The grapes used in this wine are hand-harvested and come from the old vineyards of the estate and terraces over 20 years old. The grapes are destemmed and foot-trodden in granite lagares where fermentation occurs at controlled temperature.
