Description
Vinification of Vinha D Ervideira Rosé Wine: The grape varieties are vinified separately, being transferred to rotating fermentation tanks “Vinimatic”, where they remain between 6 and 10 hours, at low rotation, in order to obtain a gentle color extraction. After this period, the must is transferred to the cold chamber, where it ferments at a controlled temperature of 13 to 15ºC.
