Description
Vinification of Vinha D Ervideira Selected Harvest Red Wine: The grape varieties are vinified separately. Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet, and Cabernet Sauvignon ferment in stainless steel tanks with mechanical foot treading, at a controlled temperature of 25ºC. The Aragonez variety ferments in horizontal tanks (vinimatics). Aging for 6 months in French and American oak barrels.
