    Description

    Unlimited White Schist Vinification: Before pressing, the grapes were crushed and destemmed, pressing was done without prior maceration, the wine was decanted at low temperature for 24 hours, fermentation by indigenous yeasts and aging took place in used French oak barrels of 228 and 500 liters, 30% of the wine fermented and aged in stainless steel.
