Vinification of Verlde Alvarinho Quintas das Arcas Reserva White Wine 2021: Grapes cultivated in integrated production mode. Schistous soils with east-west exposure. The vineyard is always cultivated respecting sustainability programs in terms of nutrition and soil mobilization. Traditional fermentation and battonage on lees in French oak barrels for 2 months followed by 8 months aging in stainless steel tanks.
