Description
The Soalheiro Granit reveals the most mineral side of the Alvarinho grape variety. It is an Alvarinho that comes from a specific selection of vineyards planted above 200 meters altitude, revealing the minerality that connects the granitic soil of the Monção and Melgaço terroir and the Alvarinho grape, enhanced with batonage and aging on fine lees. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a higher temperature than usual for white wines, showing an elegant and more mineral aroma with a dry and persistent finish.
