Description
Vinification: Produced from native grape varieties of the Vinho Verde Region, Aveleda Fonte Branco is the most typical expression of this demarcated region. To ensure the freshness of the grapes and consequently preserve their aromatic properties, the harvest is done at night. Upon arrival at the winemaking center, the grapes undergo gentle pressing at low pressure. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures, to maintain the most characteristic aromas of the grape varieties
