    Description

    Vinification of Beyra Organic White: Grapes handpicked, total destemming reception and immediate crushing. Fermentation between 16 - 17ºC for about 20 days with indigenous yeasts. Aging on fine lees with 'batonnage' in vats until bottling in January.
