    Description

    Vinification of Beyra Chardonnay White Wine: Hand-picked grapes, reception with total destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 16-17ºC for a period of about 25 days. Aging with lees stirring “batonnage” until bottling.
