Description
Description
Vinification of Beyra Riesling White Wine: Manual harvest with whole cluster crushing to preserve all the primary potential of the grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, at a temperature between 16 - 17ºC for about 20 days with indigenous yeasts. Aging with lees stirring – “batonnage” until bottling at the end of January 2019, followed by bottle aging for 14 months in the cellar.
