Vinification of Cabriz Reserva Branco Wine (Encruzado): Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification, and alcoholic fermentation at 15ºC. 50% of the wine fermented in new French Oak barrels with light toast. Aging: 3 months of batonnage and 2 months in bottle.
