Description
This wine is our interpretation of the two most representative grape varieties of the region, that is, those which in blend translate perfectly into harmony. In Arinto we seek acidity and intensity, in Loureiro we want softness and alcohol content. Vinification of Vinho Verde Casal Amado Arinto & Loureiro Branco by Osvaldo Amado: Total destemming, 8 hours of pre-fermentative maceration, gentle and delicate pneumatic pressing, natural static defecation, alcoholic fermentation at 15ºC.
