    Vinification of Castello D'Alba Superior White: Manual harvest for small boxes. Whole cluster pressing without destemming and crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and 500-liter French oak barrels. Aging with fine lees stirring - "batonnâge" for 6 months in tank and barrel.
