Description
Vinification of Conde D Ervideira Vinho da Água Branco 2019 Wine: The grapes are destemmed and sent to “Vinimatics” where they remain for 6 to 10 hours at a temperature of 12ºC. Then they are pressed and sent to the cold chamber. Aging: The must is placed in new Hungarian oak barrels, followed by a 6-month period of “batonnage”. After aging in the barrels, it is bottled and submerged in the Alqueva lake, where it matured at 30m depth, in unique and excellent conditions over 8 months.
