Cortes Cima White 2022

A wine that expresses the balance between the freshness of Vila Nova de Milfontes and the sun of Vidigueira. From the coastal vineyards planted in the cool sands of the Atlantic coast in a balanced relationship: Alvarinho and Sauvignon Blanc with Viognier from the inland vineyards in Vidigueira. Nighttime hand harvesting with cluster selection upon arrival at the winery before pressing and cold settling. The wines fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts following a minimal intervention philosophy. Part of the late harvest aged in used 500-liter French Oak barrels and foudre for 12 months. Naturally stabilized and bottled with light filtration.
