This is the second certified organic wine from the estate, following the launch of Covela Avesso Reserva Biológico. In COVELA Avesso Natur, the sulfites normally used to stabilize wines were replaced by dry chestnut flower (Castanea sativa Mill.) harvested from the chestnut trees of Covela and hand-prepared by our viticulture teams
