Description
Vinification of Duorum White Wine: Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are kept at a low temperature for 48 hours. After destemming, the grapes are pressed, followed by alcoholic fermentation. About 30% of the batch is fermented in French oak barrels. The remaining part ferments in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature between 14 and 16ºC.
