Description
Havendo Tempo Branco - Adega de Borba Vinification: This wine was made from the traditional grape varieties of the region, predominantly Roupeiro, Rabo de Ovelha, and Arinto. It aged for 6 months in French, American, and chestnut oak barrels after fermentation. This was followed by aging in stainless steel, with refinement in the bottle in a dark cellar.
