Vinification of Herdade das Servas Reserva White Wine: After destemming and crushing, the grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press with protection against oxidation. Static decantation for 48 hours and alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels. Aging: After alcoholic fermentation, the wine aged for 9 months in French oak barrels with regular batonnage. After bottling, it rested in the bottle for 6 months in our cellar.
