Description
Herdade do Rocim Mariana Branco The grape varieties Antão Vaz, Arinto, and Alvarinho are trained in an upward monoplane system, in a plot with slight east-facing exposure and with the rows oriented East-West. Vinification: Manual harvest in 12 kg boxes. After selection on a vibrating sorting table, the grapes underwent cold skin maceration. Fermentation took place in small stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14.5ºC for 19 days. After bottling, the wine aged in the bottle for a period of one month.
