A captivating white wine that combines freshness and minerality, reflecting the best of the Alentejo terroir. This elegant blend of Arinto and Verdelho is ideal for those who appreciate vibrant and well-balanced wines. Vinification: Grapes from selected plots are hand-harvested and transported in 22 kg boxes. After rigorous sorting, they are destemmed and pressed, with the must being decanted for 48 hours at 8°C. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 14°C for 30 days. Aging: 8 months in stainless steel with bâtonnage on fine lees, protecting the wine from oxygen, which preserves all its freshness and aromatic expression.
