Vinification of LV Lobo Vasconcellos Reserva Branco: The grapes are handpicked in 22 kg boxes and undergo a rigorous sorting at the winery entrance. After destemming and pressing, the must is transferred to a stainless steel tank, where it is kept at 8°C for 48 hours for settling. Alcoholic fermentation begins in the tank and continues in French oak barrels at 15°C for 30 days. Aging: 9 months maturation in French oak barrels, with bâtonnage on fine lees, giving a creamy texture and unique aromatic complexity.
