VV Vinhas Velhas is born from the result of the combination of the Maria Gomes and Bical grape varieties from century-old vineyards with a perfect limestone terroir. Given the high natural acidity, these vineyards produce wines with a pH below 3.0, making it possible to carry out malolactic fermentation that occurs in 1000-liter Fuders over 60 years old, originating from Mosel. VV represents the incredible lightness and complexity of Bairrada.
