Description
Vinification of O Estrangeiro Branco: Manual harvest in 12kg boxes. After a 24-hour period of cold skin maceration, fermentation took place in 500L French oak barrels for a period of 21 days at a controlled temperature. At the end of fermentation, the wine underwent daily battonage. It aged in French oak barrels for a period of 12 months.
