Oceânico is the first wine produced by Rocim in the Azores, on Pico Island. The Arinto dos Açores grape variety was vinified to highlight the characteristics of this unique terroir. Vinification of Oceanico Arinto dos Açores White: Fermentation in a wooden vat at a controlled temperature. Aging for six months with fine lees.
