Vinification of the Vinho Verde Pequenos Rebentos "À Moda Antiga": After manual harvest and transport to the winery in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches went directly to a small press, foot-trodden where they macerated and fermented almost entirely with indigenous yeasts. This was followed by a light pressing and aging with the total lees in used barrels.
