    Description

    Vinification of the Vinho verde Pequenos Rebentos Lot 3: After manual harvest and transport to the winery in small boxes (18kg and 20kg), the bunches were destemmed and the grapes underwent maceration for 4 hours, preceded by a light pressing and 48 hours of decantation. It fermented at a controlled temperature (14º15ºC) for 15 days.
