Made from the Alvarinho grape variety, originating from vineyards in Melgaço, this wine macerated and fermented on the skins for approximately 30 days, followed by aging on the full lees for 18 months in Jerez barrels, with a flor veil. Aged for 18 months in the bottle. It is a wine with a strong character, intense, complex, and rustic.
