    Vinification of Pontual Reserva Branco: Total destemming, cold settling below 10ºC, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and barrels, at a controlled temperature between 13ºC and 15ºC. Aging in tanks and oak barrels, fine sur lie, with specific batonnage.
