Quinta Da Lagoalva Barrel Selection White 2023

Coming from vineyards planted in alluvial soil in the Lezíria do Tejo, the grapes are mechanically harvested at the end of August and beginning of September, during the night, to preserve the aromas and transported to the winery where they are pressed in a pneumatic press. After 48 hours of settling, the clarified must fermented in French oak barrels at 18ºC, where it aged for 4 months with weekly battonage.
