    Description

    Manual harvesting in 25 Kg boxes, destemming and crushing in a pneumatic press, after the grapes have cooled. Fermentation occurred after clarification of the must for 24 hours, in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature between 12 – 14ºC, for 14 days.
