Quinta Das Bágeiras Avô Fausto White 2022

Winemaking of Quinta das Bageiras Avo Fausto white wine 2021: made from Maria Gomes grapes, this wine comes from a vineyard whose production was greatly reduced and harvested relatively early, in order to increase the natural acidity caused by a white umbrella. It was vinified by open channel, mostly placed in small 1 m³ decanters, where it remained between 24 to 36 hours to perform decantation through natural use. At the end of this process, it was fermented in used French oak barrels. It was linked and left stagnant in the barrels until it became completely clear, naturally. Bottled without filtration or fining.
