Quinta Das Bágeiras White 2023

Winemaking of Quinta das Bageiras White Harvest Wine: the Quinta das Bágeiras white harvest wine comes from a vineyard just over 15 years old. It is vinified using an ancestral process, mostly placed in small open decanters of 1m³, where it remains for 24 to 36 hours to undergo natural decantation. At the end of this process, it is transferred to stainless steel tanks where it ferments, with temperature control done using chilled water flow. It is a wine that ferments only with indigenous yeasts, grape-derived, without any addition of enzymes or extra yeasts.
