Quinta Das Bágeiras Garrafeira White 2022

Winemaking of Quinta das Bageiras Garrafeira White Wine: the grapes of Quinta das Bágeiras wine are white garrafeiras, over 75 years old. It is vinified by open vat, mostly placed in small 1 m³ decanters, where it remains between 24 to 36 hours to undergo natural decantation. At the end of this process, it is transferred to old wooden barrels of 2500l, where several fermentations have already taken place. It is bottled without any type of filtration or fining (clarification process that can remove proteins) and not always in the same month, as the wine itself is allowed to decide when it is ready to be bottled.
