Quinta Das Bágeiras Pai Abel White 2022

Winemaking of Quinta das Bageiras Pai Abel Branco Wine: it is a wine made from grapes acquired at about 15 years old, whose production is drastically reduced. It was vinified by open chute, mostly placed in small 1 m³ decanters, where it remained between 24 to 36 hours to undergo natural decantation. At the end of this process, it ferments in used French oak barrels purchased from the Burgundy region. It was racked and left to settle in the barrels until it became completely clear, naturally. Bottled without filtration or fining.
