Description
Quinta do Cardo Vinha do Lomedo Branco: Made from organic "field blend" grapes, handpicked from the most emblematic plot of Quinta do Cardo. It is a wine of great complexity and minerality, with elegant citrus notes, very fine acidity, and remarkable freshness and presence. Vinification: after pressing the grapes, the must was fermented in a stainless steel tank at controlled temperature. Most of the wine then went to an old 3000-liter barrel, where it aged for a year on fine lees, with the remainder staying in stainless steel until the final blend.
