Quinta do Pinto Estate Collection BrancoThis wine well represents the universe of grape varieties that make up the vast vineyard of Quinta do Pinto, combining the traditional grape varieties of the Lisbon region – Arinto and Fernão Pires with Viosinho, and the French varieties Roussanne, Viognier, Marsanne, and Semillon. The national grape varieties come to the forefront, imposing their personality and uniqueness, while the international varieties follow closely, with all their complexity and delicacy enhancing the aroma and palate.Vinification: All grape varieties are processed separately. Harvesting is done only during the early morning to preserve all the aromatic components. Upon entering the winery, the grapes were destemmed and gently crushed, followed by a cold maceration of 4 hours, then open-tread pressing was performed. Must clarification by cold decantation for 48 hours. Fermentation at a controlled temperature between 15-17ºC with indigenous yeasts, in a cement tank. Aging on fine lees for 6 months.
