    Description

    Vinification of Meandro White Wine: after slight crushing, the grapes undergo a thermal shock, followed by passage through a traditional vertical press. The must is transferred to small capacity fermentation tanks, with temperature control. The grape varieties are vinified separately. The wine ages on the lees for seven months.
