Description
Quinta dos Castelares - Códega do Larinho Branco White Wine from old vines of Freixo de Espada à Cinta, it is the birthplace of the Códega do Larinho grape. Vinification: Manual harvest. Gentle pressing of whole bunches. Fermentation with temperature controlled at 16ºC. Part was fermented in French oak barrels with “battonage sur lies”.
