Quinta Lemos Dona Paulette White 2020

The Encruzado grape variety is exclusive to the Dão region, quite balanced, aromatic, and gives the wines great longevity. The plants grow on slopes located between 350 and 400 meters in altitude. The vineyard is managed under an integrated protection program, with the use of herbicides prohibited. Weed control is carried out by soil cultivation. Harvesting is manual when the grapes reach optimal ripeness, occurring in the second half of September. This first-production wine was vinified in stainless steel at 13ºC, with two-thirds of it finishing fermentation in new French oak barrels, where it aged for 12 months. Production: 1,300 bottles
