    Description

    Vinification of Ribeiro Santo Branco Wine: The fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank with temperature control of about 16ºC, for 3 weeks. Part of the batch aged in stainless steel to preserve all the fresh fruit aromas, another part was transferred to French oak barrels where it aged for 4 months.
