The Bairrada region has excellent conditions for producing quality white wines with great aging potential. The winemaking team at Caves São Domingos aims to produce white wines at the highest level and contribute to changing consumer habits. Aging of São Domingos White Wine: Vinification by the traditional open-tank method with 12 hours of maceration, low-pressure pressing, and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 18-20ºC for twenty-five days.
