    Vinification of Bairrada Wine São Domingos Volupia White: Low pressure pressing of the whole grape. Separate fermentation in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 16ºC and without prolonged contact with the lees. All the grapes aged separately in stainless steel tanks.
