Description
The São João Wine 98 Years of History White was created with minimal intervention, in order to respect the qualitative potential of the exceptional grapes that originated it, as well as respecting the classicism of the white wines of Dão and those of the São João Cellars, in particular. Therefore, its aging on fine lees took place in wooden vessels, already long seasoned with wine, for a period of 6 months, having been bottled without stabilization, after a very coarse filtration.
