Description
Vinification of the Série Ímpar Curtimenta Branco: Selected grapes from the best plots of Quintas Sairrão, Castanheiro, and Cavernelho. The grapes were destemmed and vinified with skin contact, using indigenous yeasts, in used 500 L French oak barrels. A gentle maceration was carried out during alcoholic fermentation to extract compounds present in the skins that contribute to the aroma and flavor of the wine.
