Description
Description
Born from sincere friendship and inspired by rock, a common passion beyond wine! A rebellious and authentic wine, a raw and pure expression of the “Terroir” Monção and Melgaço. Vinification of the Vinho Verde SOU Alvarinho: fermentation with indigenous yeasts of 40% of the must in used 400 l barrels, in which 50% underwent spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Slow fermentation of 60% of the must in tank. Aging for 9 months on fine lees.
