Susana Esteban Procura In White Amphora

Susana Esteban Procura na Anfora White: Procura na Ânfora comes from an exceptional 85-year-old vineyard, located at 700 meters altitude in the Serra de São Mamede. The Ânforas, or Talhas, are the traditional winemaking system in Alentejo, although the “Brancos de Talha” were traditionally vinified with skin contact and without temperature control. Procura na Ânfora is vinified after being pressed and decanted, with temperature control, to preserve the characteristics of the extraordinary vineyard from which the grapes come.
