Titan Vale Dos Mil White 2021

Vinification of Titan Vale dos Mil Branco Wine: Fresh grapes at their ideal ripeness, handpicked into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the winery where they undergo a careful manual selection, destemming, and gentle crushing, followed by skin maceration in stainless steel tanks for 48 hours. Without decanting, the must was transferred to French oak barrels, where it fermented through indigenous yeasts and remained aging with fine lees stirring for 16 months.
